I've been tossing the idea around in my head for awhile and I've finally decided to go ahead with it. It's nothing personal to anyone, I'd just feel better if the whole internet couldn't read some of my more personal entries.

However if you'd like to be able to read my journal and aren't already listed as a friend, simply reply to this post and I'll add you. I don't turn away friend entries. I'm very easy to get along with...atleast I think.

I typed up a complete list of every DVD I own. Because I was curious as to how many I actually had.

I'm mildly disgusted with myself.

I also typed up every Dvd Hanna, Mom and Dad own. There list is combined.

The LJ Cuts are long for warning. But if anyone wants me to ever do screencaps, I'll be more than glad too. They aren't in alphabetical order yet (I'll put them in Alphabetical order later).

Emmy's DVDs )

The Family's DVDs )

Hahaha.

I just got around to reading this fanfiction I've been eying for monthes now. I didn't want to start it and then risk it not being finished and me being all depressed. But it's finished now, so I started.

And it makes me giggle.

“Junior! What the hell kind of name is Junior?”

Work was...beyond words. I might classify today as one of the worst days ever in Big Lots history.

The computer system went down. Not just our store. No...every Big Lots. Least that was the impression I got from what Sue was rambling. We called all our sister stores (Hagerstown, Chambersburg, Winchester, etc) and their systems we're down.

So what does this mean? Well for starters...no credit card transactions. No checks.

Nothing scanning that didn't have a ticket on it. So all our NVO's? They had to be dummy skued and written down on the envelope. Doritos, Coke o Cola, Paper Products, Chemicals, Water...none of them would scan.

We had lines backed up for hours.

And could only do cash transactions.

And then to make it worse..around 7 I got really sick. I dont know what happened. But my stomach was bothering me and I really felt like I was going to throw up. And when it became apparant that I was, I rushed to the bathroom. Thankfully I had no lines and Ashley told me to go. And I got sick for about fifteen minutes...it was torture. And once I was done, my manager was playing 20 questions with me.

"Are you alright? Are you sure your alright? Was it stress? Something you ate? Do you want to go home?"

I stayed ofcouse and I feel much better now.

But yeah...rough night. I have to be back at the store in less than 12 hours, so I'm going to go sleep.

"The day Judy Garland died, a tornado hit Kansas"

...I was taking a quiz and I said "False." But it appears it's true.

But for some reason, since it's a facebook quiz, I think it's wrong.

Has anyone heard that before? Because...I think it's rubbish.

IFC, TCM and FMC are the three greatest Television Channels that we have. I just set like...almost a dozen movies to record last night, to get me by the next few weeks until my paychecks get bigger in size and I can begin buying and/or renting films.

- Strictly Ballroom (The only Baz movie I haven't seen)
- Harold and Maude (Mary has always ranted and raved about this one)
- Young Frankenstein (GENE WILDER!)
- The Most Dangerous Game (I love this story)
- 42nd Street (It's a musical and I've never seen it...not to mention it was on that AFI list)
- MASH (I'm curious)
- Shock Treatment (FRIDAY!!!! I can't wait)
- The King and I (I don't remember it at all, but I know I've seen it)
- Monster (I like Christina Ricci)
- Amelie (I figured I'd give it another shot)
- Velvet Goldmine (Even though I've seen it already...I'm totally up for some Ewan strip scenes)

Course these go all the way into the second week of July, so I have plenty of time to watch between them. Hopefully.

I work tomorrow, my first sunday in...monthes. It is going to royally suck. But I'm not going to complain yet...I need the hours. I work 10 to 7 so tonight when I get home I'm probably only going to get on the computer for a little bit before bed. I'm off Monday and Tuesday, I work 10 to 4 both Wendsday and Thursday, then I'm off Friday, then 10 to 4 again on Saturday. I hate the morning shift and I don't know what the heck Wulf was thinking (I'm the evening cashier...I'm the one who bitches about working morning, while the others bitch about working evening...). I'm hoping it was just this week and he wasn't paying attention since he was worried about going on vacation. But if it's like this next week, I might have to say something.

Because Jim promised me no morning shifts. And Jim has more authority than Wulf...not to mention we actually respect Jim. He doesn't have a bitch wife from hell that thinks she can tell employees what to do just because her husband is an assistant manager.

Bitch.

Oh yeah. I watched Epic Movie last night with Mary. It doesn't even deserve a review. It was pretty bad...I stopped paying attention somewhere in the middle.

Oh and I discovered I love the six degrees game.

Anyways, I just made myself a real meal. I'm going to eat it now and watch Young Frankenstein.

Why, Indiana, why? It just makes me sad.

REMUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I kept seeing all these promo pictures with Sirius and I was like "I don't care." Then dismorning I wake up and one has arrived with my baby in it!

Yay!!!

I woke up at 3:30 last night (I went to bed at 2) because my dog barked and scared the shit out of me. Then I couldn't get back to sleep till about 5:30 because every little noise had me paranoid as hell.

I had a good day.

It feels nice saying that and actually meaning it. I woke up at 7:45 because I suddenly heard The Killers screaming in my bedroom. Which meant my phone was ringing. I didn't get to it in time, but once I found it, I realised the store had called me.

I listened to the message and realised that they wanted me to come into work. Score. So I call Barb back and she asks me if I can, and ofcourse I say yes. I need the hours too badly to say no. So she tells me she needs me there now, which sucked since I had gone to bed at 3, but I dealt with it and went into work.

To cover Furniture.

I had a mild panic attack about that because I haven't covered furniture in give or take a year. Barbi did end up coming in at 11 and I was worried that they'd send me home before the time they told me (2 PM). But they didn't.

Instead I spent the day stocking with Teresa. I love Teresa. Aslong as your careful what you say around her that is.

At 1:50 Sue called me to the front so I could cover the front. I was like "But I leave in 10 minutes..." but I didn't bother arguing to much. Justin came in while I was standing at the service desk and the very first thing he said to me literally made my day.

"Hey Emmy. Like your hair"

For those who don't know, I cut my hair again.

After I got off the clock, I stayed and had lunch with Barbi. Ended up realising it was Erika's birthday, and I felt like a slightly bad friend for forgetting. I saw her when I went back up to the front and said hello.

It's kind of sad...but I've given up caring that we're drifting apart. Or that I'm more excited to see Chris anymore then her.

Oh well.

After work I came home and dived into the television world. Hanna and I decided to watch SOAP but we couldn't remember what season we left off on. I'm pretty sure we stopped somewhere in season three. But it doesn't matter. So we started all over.

I love SOAP. I haven't got to the episode with Chuck and Bob yet, but I can't wait. They are amazing but not my favorites.

That position goes to Jodie. I love Jodie.

Well I just love Billy Crystal in general. His autobiography 700 Sundays is one of my favorite books of all time. And I'm not sure why. It's really a simple book...but I love it.

Anyways. I took a bit of a nap around five then got up at six thirty. I said bye to Mom, Dad and Hanna. They left this evening to go to my cousins wedding in Kentucky. So I have the house to myself for the next few days.

Then I went and got Mary so we could see Knocked Up. The internet listings were wrong and the movie didn't start until 9, not 7:30 like we thought. So we got chinese then went back to the theater.

It was alright. It didn't really feel like a comedy to me...and it wasn't no where near as funny as The 40 Year Old Virgin. But I liked it. Seth Rogen is adorable.

I loved the bit where Jessica Alba was talking to Katherine Heigl, mostly because in my little world it was seeing Abbie talking to Abbey. Which makes me giggle.

And thats about it.

Good day.

And I've decided that Peter Parker dancing is funny no matter how many times you watch it.
